Vodacom no service plan

Vodacom is not answering their calls or email. I now have my fiber access just not working many time a day. I cannot contact them they do not answer the calls I've made they do not answer the emails I've been sending. Even went to a branch. No answer still. I will just stop making payments t . Because I do not get the service I paid for. And no responses either. Worst ever service
