Vodacom no service in Brits/Hartebeepoort

Vodacom is unable to deliver satisfactory Fibre in the Brits/Hartebee****rt area. We work from home and have a fault on our line, they promised to get it fixed within 48 hours. We have been without a fibre line for 5 days now!

Consider ANY other service provider than Vodacom for this area.
