Vodacom no service & emergency calls only!!!!!!!!!!

I experience a Vodacom no service & emergency calls only!!!!!!!!!! problem since 9 March 2018. I went to Vodacom shops twice and staff keep telling me that Vodacom experience system problems and the problem will be solved soon. It is now 11 March 21:00 and I am still unable to make a phone call. This is unacceptable. How long can it take them to sort out the problem? I have a contract phone and loose on my time to use my minutes that will lapse when not used. Vodacom sucks!
