Vodacom No Service

Vodacom you are Pathetic. People please be careful when doing an upgrade via their online service. They phoned me to upgrade my contract in May and I asked the lady numerous times will I still be getting my data that I was getting at that time. Which she confirmed will be applicable. Now after a month trying to get an answer from Vodacom and numerous calls and promises of investigations and feedback and nothing still. Seems like People is also giving me **** names when I speak to a manager and when you phone back and want to speak to the person, nobody by that name works there.

Get the info they promise you on paper as they don't seem to care about you the client anymore, just want the contract with which I'm stuck now for 2 years as nobody even bothers to try and sort this out.

Also these days they can't even give you a reference nr that you can go back onto and enquire about your request.

Vodacom really you lie all the time. So when i posted this someone phoned me while I was in a meeting and could not answer. Then later i received a msg with nr i could contact. Phoned the nr and the lady said oh i see the consultant spoke to you and you had a bad reception and could not provide feedback. It is a lie I never spoke to the consultant. However the lady confirmed that this this issue is resolved and from this month i will be receiving my data.I checked today and still NO DATA received. The consultant phoned me the next day and with in 2 rings put down the phone. Got message saying he/she tried numerous times to contact me. Well this is not true and you put down phone within 2 rings. Really dissatisfied with your service. Has being a customer for Many year. But if this is how you going to Deliver a service I'm really going to reconsider my nxt contract with you.
