VODACOM NO SERVICE AT ALL
Hello VODACOM,
I herewith lodge a formal complaint. I have had no fiber or internet for a month. You and your agents refuse to assist. Even your repair people do not repair.
CANCEL MY CONTRACT IMMEDIATELY WITH NO PENALTIES AND REFUND ME ALL FEES ALREADY PAID FOR 2021 as you have not provided the service contracted for.
