Vodacom, NO SERVICE !!!!

Have been Vodacom customer for over 20 years, call center staff have no clue what's going on no reel advise and expensive data. you phone in and it takes half and hour to speak to someone if you get trough to a person. Its as if they don't want you to speak to them for assistance. They don't want to speak to there customers what a BS service provider. Call back service doesn't work have tried three times now with a call back but no one on the other side of the call. Customer loyalty means nothing to this company. Vodacom you have a 0/10 from me.
