Vodacom No SERVICE!!!

So a few weeks ago Olivia from Vodacom's Hello Peter contacted me. Nothing has been sorted out from Vodacom's side at all. The were in breach of contract by not providing a promised service. Our company depends on phone lines as we do deliveries. How can Vodacom expect a company to run with basically no phone lines. Customers would call but can't hear us or we would call and can't hear them. They sent a technician and that also did not work. One of the rooters went down where they **** on the Snow portal saying it was replaced and nothing was ever replaced. CANCEL THE CONTRACT!!! We will not pay a cent for no services rendered!!!!
