Vodacom No Service

Hi,

Firstly I would like to begin to express my utter disappointing in Vodacom's service!! I have been a customer for more than 18 years. I have been trying to upgrade my Red Premium + contract for nearly 3 months. Yet every day I phone them they will call me back... call me back.... This never happens and I have to make an hour time everyday to ask whats going on.... No we will follow up and call you back.

Your service sucks and I have no option to stop my debit order for this month and move to another provider ASAP.
