Vodacom, No Service!

Vodacom service is pathetic.. I have been trying since the 15th of January to cancel a contract. I have phoned them numerous times without any joy. Yesterday was the best, after getting through to the cancelation department once again, and giving them my ref nr I was put on hold and after 13 mnt the call was ended from their side. No call back! No explanation! But dare I not pay this contracts account I get threatened with disconnection. What do you have to say for yourself VODACOM?
