Vodacom - No service

After applying for a change of ownership the 2nd of May 2018, my services has been suspended. From the morning of 7 May 2018, the Phone reads "no service" I immediately went to the Vodacom super store in Menlyn, because they have lots of technicians on site. I told the person who was helping me that I did a change of ownership and I think it might have something to do with my phone being off. He insisted that it was my sim card that had to be replaced. After which the line would be back on in one to two hours. I decided to wait in Menlyn , to make sure that it did. After 2 hours I went back, they then said" No, mam it takes 2-4 hours. I waited 2 more hours, but as my health is not well I went home at 2pm . I went back at 17H30, and they reconfigured my phone. Saying it would be back on in 1-2 hours. The next morning 8 May, I went back to the store. Then they told me that it was the change of ownership that caused that problem, and because "mam, YOU MADE A MISTAKE BY REPLACING YOUR SIM, it will now take 24 hours, and you must GO to the branch in Brooklyn where you did the change of ownership. They could have reversed the process but the guy from the previous day threw away my old sim card." after another hour spent at Vodacom I went to the Brooklyn branch. They also said that because they reconfigured the phone it will take 24-48 hours to repair. I waited 48 hours, and nothing. Now it is the 14th of May, I phoned the Brooklyn branch this morning, Guess what!! The lady that was helping me is on leave for the wee**** The Manager of the store only comes in at 10H30 - 11H00 every day!!!!7 days later and still no service!
