VODACOM - NO SERVICE
Vodacom's service is non existent. Please remove Vodacom from your list of companies that respond because you receive a generic response that a consultant will contact you and they never do. You phone Vodacom, spend a good hour and you lucky if only one consultant sorts out your problem - first time I phoned I spoke to SEVEN, today second time I phoned I spoke to FIVE. This is a total waste of time and energy. I will not be renewing any of my contracts with Vodacom.
