Vodacom No service
I am yet to become a Vodacom contract client , mind you I already have one contract with Vodacom, seems like Vodacom has enough customers as I have been struggling to take out a contract from the 10th of August 2017 and still nothing, only called me this morning and stated she will call me back in 20 minutes, 3 hours has passed, I see Vodacom does not even respond to my other hellopeter post. So Vodacom are you gonna call me to settle another contract on my name or should I take my money elsewhere seeing as your service sucks to say the least of it. Your Facebook page is even more useless.
Call me, call me , call me, call me oh Vodacom when are you going to call me, only empty promises and the oh so popular it has been marked as urgent and still here I am 11 days still nothing ,
I'm not even going to ask will I get assisted today as this is only empty promises from your side, really tired of having to contact you to take out a contract , I have been approved and everything yet here I am , I cant call my Suppliers, I cant call my customers I can to nothing because no one calls or if they do they never ever ever get back to me.
What exactly is going on, why is it so hard for someone to pick up the phone and call me sort the contract and I am sorted, no not at Vodacom I have to resort to complaining to get assistance,
Attached is picture of my previous compliment on hellopeter where it clearly shows how your staff is sitting around and not helping customers.

As this makes no sense as not one of the contracts I have is for that amount and I specifcaly asked for the debit on the 5th of every month. Guess no one will call as this is the way for Vodacom customers jut to leave them in the Dark, Im waiting for Tebogo to call me back , I have all the phone recordings and screenshots on how Vodacom just shoved me a new client under the carpet and not even care if I am sorted or not, Today after 13days I received a handset mmmmkay ? Guess no one even reads this or doesnt care. I will not leave it at this I DEMAND SERVICE !!!!!
