Vodacom no Service

On 10 September 2019 signed a business contract with Vodacom for 40GB for R199pm anytime. I was using the internet and then on 14 October 2019 it stopped working. Contacted business support on ***, who gave me reference number 829729. Neo Cornelius Mthethwa referred me to CIC. Received another reference number, EC-1SIL-2VYX1Z on 17 October 2019. Received a gmail message to say this reference number was cancelled. Complaint referred to Abdullah Moolah at Vodacom Shop at Bluff Towers who did the deal for me. His response was, "thank you for bringing this to my attention, I have discussed situation with my manager and he's in contact with Vodacom internal to have your issue resolved as soon as possible. As soon as we receive feedback we will update you." This was 23 October 2019. We are paying subscriptions for Vodacom Internet access which I do not have and Netflix subscription of R169 which I cannot access either. I have had to buy "pay-as-you-go" for the subscription cancelled to take out the 40GB. If Vodacom is having fibre problems in certain areas, they must be up front with customers. I am paying for services I have no access to. Very disappointed with Vodacom and it is not only us.
