VODACOM NO SERVICE

I am very dissapointed in this SUPPLIER service. In May my Dad took a laptop for me on this Vodacom promotion. The laptop came around the 10 May , Ram came to deliver and we signed and then we checked the laptop was faulty we logged a call the 11th , we gave the details and they said they will send Ram to come fetch. This people has been giving my 66 year old father the run around ,I have complained he has complained we have laid numerous service complaints and no one called my Dad back. So they can take the money every month from him but not even checking up or following on this product they have given. Its now 29 July still no feedback no call from no one. we had to come get someone to come and fix it which was so uncalled for. VODACOM IS NOT reliable and for my 66 year old dad to have gone through this is not right.
