Vodacom NO security, pathetic service

One of my nr's high lighted for SIM swap ***** at end of August.
International roaming turned on without my consent, account ran up R23189.42.
***** was picked up by the Back Office and a credit note of R22699.92 was loaded on the account.
On 19 Sept 2016 the same problem was encounter on the same line. Second SIM swap ***** on this line in less than a month.
Reference number was given, detailing what happened and that the matter must be investigated and fixed on Vodacom Side.
Turnaround time for this was stated to be 7-10 working days.
On 23 Sep 2016 all my other Vodacom lines were soft locked due to my credit limit being exceeded- obviously due to the ********** activities that has been brought under Vodacom’s attention.
On 23 Sept 2016 I cancelled this line with Vodacom with effect on the 30 Sep 2016.
Since 23 Sept 2016 I had to call Vodacom every day to unlock my lines so that I have contact. Note that 3 of the lines I have requested to have unlocked daily is TOP-UP contracts and therefore not OPEN LINES.
10. On 24 Sep 2016 I went to the Vodacom Customer Care Center in Woodlands, only to be informed that there is nothing they can do for me as the ***** investigation must be resolved first.
On 27 Sept 2016 the matter was raised with the back office once again to stop the lines from being soft locked every day. I was told this would take at least 3 working days. Ref number was given to me AGAIN for this request. I was also informed that there have been NO progress on the ***** investigation to date- nobody has even been assigned to the matter yet.
On 27 Sept 2016 I received an SMS from Samual Marema with regards to MY INVESTIGATION stating that he is attending to it.
On 28 Sep 2016 I had a 45 min conversation with Costumer Care where I was informed I need to go to my nearest Vodacom Shop to have the matter resolved. This was the team leader. I was also told that they can not unlock my lines and that mu current account was more than 100k.
Conclusion- after numerous phone calls, repeated efforts from my side to resolve this matter, visiting a Vodacom Care Store and receiving 2 reference numbers after being “hacked” twice in less than 1 month, I can simply conclude that Vodacom has NO security measures in place to prevent ********** from doing the same thing TWICE. Secondly they really do not care about the clients nor do they strife to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

PLEASE NOTE THAT MY WIFE IS IN THE MEDIA INDUSTRY, AND THIS WILL BE TAKEN FURTHER. ALREADY CONTACTED RELEVANT PEOPLE. YOU'VE TAKEN THIS TO FAR! BE WARNED
