Vodacom No regard for the Consumer Act
A few months ago according Vodacom had some of their client debit orders changed to EfT payments. This was confirmed with Vodacom. I don’t receive any statements from Vodacom to know what is due and payable. I visited the store several times as I have now information about the accounts. I am not able to call the Call Centre due the the fact the the numbers I have I don’t have access to them. iI visited your Eastgate Branch several time. The last time the Manager assisted me and we managed to change the account back to debit order. The Ipad contract expired already and a request was lodge that someone should call me by the manager, the tickets was closed without being actioned. This month the Ipad went off again.
I am ao fedup with Vodcom and its incompetency that is costing me money. By lae you should provide me with a invoice I don’t get nothing.
This is affecting my credit score negatively and I am seriously considering reaching out to obtain legal advice.
