Vodacom No Refunds

I have purchased a Samsung Galaxy A73 for my wife on the 27th of November 2022 at Vodacom Shop Middelburg Mall. A week or so after it started displaying tiny blocks on the bottom and sides of the screen (this was at night with the display dimmed), also visible frequency lines on the top while touching the screen. I have taken pictures and video evidence that I have sent to the technician, one sales person and manager. It was sent in 3 times over two months, where my wife only used it for less than 2 weeks in that period. The manager told us that if the phone came back the second time without being repaired it had to be replaced with a new phone. 3 people working in the store saw the pixel damage on the phone. I have been very patient with this issue up until now. The manager contacted my wife and told her that there is nothing wrong and that the phone has been fixed. I asked the manager if he would pay R9499 for that phone even if he knew there was a problem and he said yes! That just tells me he wanted me to leave it there and not take it any further. I have sent and email to Vodacom's customer care email address and still haven't had any response from them. I told the manager that by now I do not even want a new phone but a full refund. He told me that I will not be refunded unless the technicians' report say that it is not repaired. I will never support that Vodacom Shop ever again. They have seen the pixels issue themselves but it feels to me like it is just too much paper work for then to resolve. We have simply given up on trying because my wife doesn't have any other quality phone to use in the mean time.
