Vodacom - no one seems to work there

Writing a review on behalf of a friend of mine. She has been struggling for a very long time with regards to a wifi issue and money that she is being told is in arrears. The person she spoke to initially captured her details incorrectly and she subsequently asked for them to be changed, which they weren't. It has been a constant battle since then to get any recourse or information out of Vodacom or to get any response from them. She is always having to call in and no notes are ever captured whenever she does call in. She has reached the end of her rope and no longer wishes to have anything to do with Vodacom.
