Vodacom - NO month to month contract options!!!
I just want to congratulate you Vodacom, you finally managed to lose me as your loyal client after many years, keep up the terrible work and service you doing! People reading this, Vodacom has NO month-to-month contract options available like other service providers. Vodacom basically FORCES you into a 24-month or 36-month contract. That's pathetic in this day and age. Just because of that, I will be moving my business to their competitor, Cheers Vodacom, see you at your competitor!

05 Oct 2023, 13:54The typical general response and they never phone.... So not really putting my hopes up. Vodacom just doesn't care about their clients, period! They think they are the almighty and one less client doesn't matter to them!!
