Vodacom No longer the best

I got an upgrade against my wishes in September last year and was told I can add a device when I was ready. Now that I am ready they want me to pay for a device ( Nintendo switch 2 ) over R200 more than the advertised price. I was told the new current price are for new customers only. So my loyalty means I pay more? Now they want me to pay up the reminder of my data contract which I have not asked for. Vodacom I have paid my account religiously without fail for the more than a decade that I have been with the company as my prefed service provider and convincing people vodacom is the best service. Thanks Vodacom I am not only upset but I would urge those looking for contacts now or upgrading with vodacom to seriously reconsider there options.
