Vodacom No longer

Clearly Vodacom has lost all their marbles or just believe in employing people with no experience in speaking to customer. The last week it has been really frustrating dealing with Vodacom Fiber. It has been more than 5 days since my fiber ONT has been installed. i have logged a service ticket with Vodacom to have the router delivered and I was advised that it can take up to 5 days for someone to contact me. Well as standard practice of Vodacom no one ever contact you. So i contacted them today again, when i asked when I can expect delivery of my router, the brain dead call center advised me no she need to escalate the matter, so i advised her that the it was escalated and still no one has come back to me. I have asked to speak to a manager, she placed me on hold, once she came back she try to be very clever and start throwing T&C in my face by saying in the T&C it say that installation can take 20 days to take place. So ether this agent just smoke some green stuff or she cannot read as there must be notes on the system. But it is clear that Vodacom is the biggest bull****ting company in the country. They have lost a customer today, and Vodacom, I dear you to bill me for the installation, I have more than enough evidence that you never came to the party. I have all ready requested settlements on both my cell phone contract so i can cancel them and also requested that my fiber get cancelled. i have written to a few news papers as well so that you get all the exposure for poor service. Hopefully people will see all of this and think twice before they ever take up any service with you.
