Vodacom no HUMAN BEING call center service, just voice prompter. It SUCKS !!!!

Has Vodacom retrenched all their staff ? I need to speak to a HUMAN BEING and not a voice prompter !!!!! I have been a loyal customer for 26 years. In November 22 I called in to cancel my contract and move across to Telkom who offered a far better package but was talked out of it by a human being !! All I want is to add more data to my current package. I cant even speak to someone on new sales. !!!! Please Vodacom, contact me .
