Vodacom NO HELP
I upgraded my mobile online but was issued a new contract with another number. I have tried everything in my power to get this sorted. I am now paying for my original two contract and a new contract. All I want is for Vodacom to cancel the new contract and apply it to my original number. Customer care is hopeless, I went in store and was told they cant help, phoned head office, couldnt help, was given an email address *** the email bounced back. Is there anyone from Vodacom that can help????!!!!!!

15 Feb 2022, 08:59Got an email from your "team" but still no sight of the end of the tunnel! The person that responded had no idea of the problem and answered with a standard reply, after replying to his mail I have still NOT HEARD BACK??!!!! Very bad customer service!!
