Vodacom NO FIBRE!

I app**** for Fibre on 14 October 2019 and after quite a seamless and impressive process, fibre was installed around 21 October 2019. I was very impressed. I added voice to my fibre and requested the number to be ported from Telkom. After the 14th October, I said it's fine, Vodacom can generate a new number for me as the Telkom process might take long. This was ignored and after many phone calls to Vodacom asking where my telephone number was, on the 19th November, the phone line was finally up and running. Unfortunately, around 17H00 on the 19 November, I had no internet. I logged a call at the same time. And after numerous calls this morning and many frustrations later, this request has been closed saying the line is fine. Guess what, I still don't have internet at home. In the past three weeks, the internet has been down about five times, with this recent one being the longest. After only three weeks into this relationship, I cannot take it anymore and refuse to stay in this abusive relationship with Vodacom. It is mentally draining me and causing me great discomfort at my job, because I constantly have to follow up.

Where can I drop off your router as I don't want anything to do with Vodacom anymore!
