Vodacom, NO fairness

Contacted by Vodacom representative regarding my innitial issue. Now I see that my post has been removed and still no posetive feedback. I have asked numerous times for vodacom to assist me with areas where there is absolute NIL signal. How would you like me to conduct my bussines and if I talk to vodacom... only reply... we are looking into the problem... today 5 months later vodacom is still looking into the problem. In the meantime my account is just keep on ticking... where do you find fairness... ??
