Vodacom no email access

I really would like Vodacom email address, I have been trying for a week to get hold of Vodacom and on the website when I click the reach us by email I cannot get through, either the page goes white, or black or today it said "our email help is currently not available"

I need to get some general information and I want it in writing why does Vodacom make it impossible to do this ??
