Vodacom no customer service with reference number after a month. Mtn fix the areas problem in 2 hours

The 18/12/2019 i complained to vadacom the third time about bad coverage the last month and got a reverence number 002P-555N . I send my location and their map that show i am suppose to be in a 4G covearge ares. Had very good reception for last 9 years. But till today no feedback. The 20th on our neigborhood watch a Mtn customer complained and he was given the mtn web adres 2 hours later they come out and fix the problem.
