VODACOM - NO Customer service

While the response from Vodacom after my very poor first review was quite swift. They came back to me with great vigor and friendly enthusiasm but have still (weeks later) not tended to any of my issues. I have contacted them for follow up information through 3 or more channels and get NO FEEDBACK. Congratulations VC, you are on parr with the **** poor service delivery that South Africans have gotten used to.
