Vodacom NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEFT!! N

I have 1 year left on my contract. I am about to immigrate overseas at the end of the month. I especially went to HQ Vodaworld as I wanted the best trained staff to assist me! I have to pay a months notice on the contract as well as a hefty cancellation fee. I agreed to this and asked 3 TIMES that the contact stays alive till the end of the month. Which they assured me it would. Tonight 11gbs data and all my minutes wiped off my phone in an instant. Tried to email Vodacom NOT AVAILABLE. Tried to call Vodacom customer care - Only AUTOMATED OPTIONS. This is ridiculous and as far as I’m concerned theft.
