Vodacom - no customer service

Well, Vodacom, here we are again. Vodacom has somehow managed to unlink my service, so I have no connectivity at all. Vodacom’s turnaround time, before a call is assigned to someone is 24-72 hours, when you phone, all you get told is it is not assigned and we are within our SLA time. No interest in trying to help their customers at all. There should be a - star option for businesses like this!
