Vodacom no Customer Service
Been trying to get hold of Vodacom customer care/cancellations... either get an automated voice message saying they are unable to assist. If I try online chat - message saying no one is available to assist. Going to their stores was an exercise in futility - no one would help, saying they are not permitted to cancel contracts anymore. So I'm sitting with 3 number for which I'm paying but am not or can't use... Fed Up.
