Vodacom no customer service
I have numerous unsuccessful calls to Vodacom regarding my ' migration' . I asked the sales lady in July if it would be sufficient time to go from 1 package to another with no extra cost? She said yes, the billed me twice a line rental? No I cant get any joy even from a manager Charls? Where is the customer service?
