Vodacom no customer CARE

I can't get hold of vodacom customer care and no way of speaking to a human consultant. Their robot tobi is useless as the selection he offers don't work when I press 1 for outage it simply doesn't register. Do you guys actually make calls to your customer care numbers and test this terrible service my Vodacom has been without signal since yesterday I then drove to the Vodacom shop in corkwood mall and guess what they were closed. While mtn right next to them were open, guess it shows who takes customer service serious. I am from uitenhage we had a power outage after heavy rains. What we need to know is when is our phone going to work again. Contact me urgently
