Vodacom - no communication/false advertising

Placed an order on 8th Dec for wifi router plus data bundle. Got email and sms confirming the order. 10 days later (17th Dec), no updates. After calling different numbers and being transferred several times, I was finally transferred to online sales department who said order was cancelled. The reason - they did not have stock of wifi routers. Nothing was communicated. Now they have stock but my order was considered a Black Friday special - current new orders are all priced much higher.
