Vodacom - NO client service

The following numbers were data contracts (close contracts) from 2015, I paid about R45 for 500mb: ********** **********

I contacted the Vodacom call centre on 19April’17 to cancel the contracts, however the lady in Retentions did a sterling job to convince me to upgrade to the 1gb deal for R45 (no device), for both numbers. I agreed to it.

Since then, both numbers data were used as and when it becomes available. In December’17 I got a bill of R1 364.89 and January’18 an amount of R 2440.84 for ********** . I called the call centre and logged the query Ref: S4-04F2X-XU850 on 31 December’17. I was informed by the call centre agent that the ********** number is an open contract. I requested a copy of the conversation (upgrade), because I never agreed to changing any conditions of the contracts. Also, this was processed on the same day, but the number ********** remained a close contract. Up to now, this is still pending. I also logged another query around the same time, Ref: S4-VZ22K-KLJ0P to migrate ********** to a close contract. Apparently, this can’t be done after the first query is resolved.

Currently, the following number ********** that is also linked to my profile, and the other two numbers as well have been suspended, because of the outstanding balance of R 3 815.77. I continued to pay the monthly subscription up to date, as advised by one of the agents. The agent cancelled the debit order and advised that I pay the monthly subscription to keep the lines active.

I need someone who can help me to resolve this matter as I never agreed to an open line for ********** – this is the number that is responsible for the R 3 815.77 balance.

The person responsible for the investigation is *****do Mkhithika.

We are going in for 4 months now and this investigation is still pending. This is unbelievable and I am passed the anger and frustration. All I want now is for this to be resolved as soon as possible.

Thank you in advance.

Regards, Baden Pietersen ********** 973

Hi Kim Thornton, It has been 7 hours since your call of this morning, as well as that of Noni. Certain promises were made, but up to now, it has not materialised at all. Is it possible for you to escalate this matter, because it is really becoming unbearable now. Regards, Baden Pietersen

Good morning Noni and Kim, It has been exactly 4 days after your call and where you promised the following: * all amounts/charges will be reversed, my balance should be nil as I made a payment for April'18 * all 3 numbers impacted will be re-activated * number ********** 927 will be migrated to a top-up package on 1 May'18 * I will receive an extra 1gb extra data for the next 3 months, because of the inconvenience Up to now, nothing of the above has been completed. The service received so far is ********** and I need this to be resolved today, as I'm contemplating to premature cancel all 3 of these contracts. Please follow through on what you promised. I'm really horrified by the service received from Vodacom in the last 4 months. It has been extremely bad! Regards Baden Pietersen ********** 973
