VODACOM "NO CARE" THE ULTIMATE ******* AND CONTRACT BREAKER.

Vodacom changes contracts at the expense of their customers and when queried does not resolve the issues you get the run around and as admitted by one of the consultants (ON RECORD) THAT THEY ARE MISLEADING THEIR CUSTOMERS AND BY DEFAULT *****ING FROM THEM. They then accused me of lying and refused to cancel contracts which they have, PROBABLY DELIBERATELY, reneged upon. Apart from having the phone thrown down in my ear, none of what they promised "escalations" ever happened and I am constantly being "transferred to the relevant department" going round and round in circles FOR THE PAST YEAR+. VODACOM HAS 24 HOURS TO CONTACT ME WITH A RESOLUTION OR I TAKE MATTERS IN MY OWN HANDS!!!!!!!!!
