Vodacom - No after sales support
I have been trying to sort out a simple technical issue on my Vodacom handset for 3 days now. I have tried the automated system over 100 times in 3 days. I then called Sales, which they answer immediately and promise to put me through to a HUMAN BEING which never happens. I have tried about 50 times now. I am SO disappointed in the service I have received from Vodacom. It's impossible to speak to a human being.
