VODACOM= NO!!!!

I am so tired of VODACOM!!!!

I have sent a previous hello peter review on Vodacom and I will do so again, Vodacom have now sent me an email threatening me to pay even though when I started my contact Vodacom never let me know the amount they were going to take off my account for the first payment and took if way more than I assumed, and the account bounced back as they took it on a date that all my payments have already been done.

Vodacom have not helped me in the slightest, they have not contacted me since my last hello peter review to ask about the issue or help on the issue.

Now to receive a threat email/ letter from them is very out of order and just completely not on.

Vodacom you need to get your things in order and be more sympathetic to your customers, you don't know their personal issues and never pick up teh phone to find out the issue but instead you have people phoning me and screaming at me and threatening me over the phone and now via email it is not on.

FIX IT NOW!!!!

Dear Vodacom,

Please note since being contacted then, Vodacom had made a payment plan for my contract and I paid the amount that they had asked me for.

Now to receive a threat letter from Vodacom is completely out of order, and I do not appreciate your town or assistance on this matter.

Vodacom needs to sort out their customer care and realize that they are dealing with people not robots.

Good day.

Hi Vodacom Team,

Please note that since being contacted by Vodacom during this time, they had asked for a certain amount which was about R2500 or so which I had paid when being asked for it.

Now to receive threat letters from Vodacom is completely out of order, I do not appreciate it and I do not appreciate your tone or your assistance.

Sort your customer care value out and start realizing that you are dealing with people not robots!

Good day.
