Vodacom, no 4G or even 3G in Cape Town

I could be dying and no one would know because Vodacom has NO signal in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town, especially Tokai.

I can barely ever use my phone if there’s no WiFi. It says 4G with bars but nothing ever loads or works. Many people have complained and nothing gets done. I’m on a work contract so I don’t have much choice but to use this useless network. I’ve tried all the useless steps they try tell me it makes no difference, the network simply doesn’t function in one of SA’s biggest cities and I don’t understand why.
