Vodacom nightmare for a month 😡🤬

Since the online new contract I have not been happy with the service now I am blocked from calling customer service for some odd reason apparently my number calls too much which is the first I have heard of such. The reason I call Vodacom every other day is cause of the issues I have been having with this new contract and now that I need to finalise the contract cancellation I am blocked from calling and I have been calling to chase this up so my account is not debited cause when you reverse a debit my credit record is going to be spoilt. I just want to make sure it's cancelled and get my money back as I am due a refund I am not happy with this company and this is my first time taking a contract and I never will with any company due to the trauma. If I do not get any assistance after this and my money get taken next week I am going to further escalate my matter and use social media to bring the companies distribute to shame🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡
