VODACOM NIGHTMARE!

In March 2022 I started receiving calls from a company called Burnard raaf saying I owe vodacom and they want me to pay +R7000...this went on for months. On the 22nd August 2022 I reported the matter to vodacom. The consultant checked on the system and said there is no account under my name I should report them as *****. I then did that. The calls continued and sms's ...I called Vodacom spoke to an agent who also confirmed that I once did an enquiery in 2019 but it was never successful but I do not have a vodacom contract ...I should go to a Vodacom branch to check, I did and they also checked and found nothing and sent me back to the call centre...I contacted them they refered me to their billing department who checked and found nothing. I was then told this matter will be resolved with Burnard Graaf, All affidavits were sent. I then contacted Graaf Barnard Zelda was the agent there to inform them of this matter she said they will resolve it they are waiting for Vodacom. Te calls topped and the messages however on my credit profile I am still a bad payer due to Vodacom and my credit record is messed up. this is nonsense fro both Vodacom and their collections agent/lawyer I want my name removed from Vodacom and my record to be cleaned!
