VODACOM Nicol way

Vodacom Nicol way has very Poor service i took my phone in 3 weeks ago as my IPhone was daamaged and i have comprehensive insurance with my device , my insurance has approved my device and Vodacom employees at Nicol way are so *********** , The manager does not know what his doing he should be demoted as he just as *********** as his staff , The SERVICE SUCKS AT VODACOM NICOL WAY , I WAS TOLD THE MANAGER WOULD CALL ME ON WEDNESDAY AND HIS STILL HAS NOT CALLED ME , I PHONED THIS MORNING AT THE *********** EMPLOYEES KEPT DROPPING MY CALLS , VODACOM SERVICE SUCKS PLEASE STOP EMPLOYING ILLITERATE PEOPLE LIKE THE MANAGER THATS CURRENTLY
