Vodacom NewMarket shameful

Hello I am so appalled by the service I have received from Vodacom NewMarket from a lady named Slindo. She was so rude to my mother who was trying to use the self service machine in store because she wanted to pay her Vodacom account. Her account has not been updated and as the human in store we expect her to walk us through the process of getting how much she owes before Vodacom closes her account. She was so dismissive and quite frankly she was rude, I do not appreciate that kind of service especially when I am a client. Such shameful behavior from Slindo!
