Vodacom new cobtract

I app**** for a contract at vodacom 30 Mei the device was send en RAM had an issue with the delivery adres never phoned me the device was wend back to vodacom after 4 calls to ram and vodacom they said the device will be re issued and send the monday. Monday I phoned vodacom the device was send back to them they did not re issue it and then a sms saying device was out of stock. So the device they were suppose to just change the adres on was send to someone else. Now I am still waiting I asked for something else no response this is really bad service.
