vodacom never stands by thier word
so basically from posting on twitter and hellopeter about @vodacom vodacom from the 19 December 2019 up until to day only have received 1 call from them promising to get back to me about my issue. guess what still waiting for them and can never get help from them when i call. only thing i get is automatic computer generated replies from them..... i am really at a stage when i will stop paying them until i get proper customer service and get the ombudsman involved.

This is not the customer service you guys promise you clients, but let me not pay may bill then you guys are quick to call. i have never missed 1 month payment to you as vodacom. i have always paid on time even before time. i always take up new contracts with you guys. Now that me a loyal client in good standing, i cant get any customer service.Why?????????????? all i want is a call to give me the out come of my7 problem
