Vodacom never seems to disappoint in disappointing their customers!

I am honestly fed up with vodacom services, every time i call to query an account i closed off about three years ago i am told i will receive a settlement letter and they will inform their legal department to remove my name. Different stories from different people all the time, this is really not fair. These companies are quick to make sales but their records management is appalling. I am writing this as a first step to further action i will be taking, i am tired now as my life is on hold because of this vodacom. To think i have been a loyal client ever since i started using a mobile phone. Really appalling indeed. Vodacom please sort out my issue and be loyal to your service level agreement.
