Vodacom never lets u down with disapointment.

I have tried to upgrade my phone 2 weeks ago, not only did the uogrades pers9n not gibe me all my optiins but no one confirmed the order and if the order is not confirmed then no delivery will happen. I called on Tuesday 23 March to change the phone order and 5 days later still no one has called to confirm my order. I have called every day to escalate the matter ans their response is they will call by the end of the day. The second issue i have is Vodacom says my number on an old system so i was have to wait extra long for someone to log onto an old system so that they can see my details. Why can they not migrate all the old system info onto their new system. Vodacom is reallly the worst service provider, i have issues with them all the time when i need to upgrade my fone.
