Vodacom never ever replies on emails

Vodacom, since i had a cellphone, some years, i have been woith Vodacom. Not once they rep**** on any mail. The only response i get is when i report them on Hellopeter. I notified them as well about our signal so bad in this area. No reply! Now, they will phone me and we have to discuss a situation where both parties will only be able to hear each 3rd word. Ridicilious!
