Vodacom never ending problems

Absolutely unbelievable behaviour from "customer services" who claim to give advice but in fact do not wish to 1) listen to the facts; 2) refuse to receive proofs of wrongdoing from their own store network. Here I am, after keeping all my interaction with Vodacom Cape Quarters in writing in a situation where I am now insulted by Vodacom's online customer services. After a lengthy call with Lulamnile of Vodacom on line, I am being told that I have to go to the store to talk to the store manager to resolve any queries I have BUT I ALREADY know from Chris Wilke, sotre manager, that he will not help me as he wrote so in two emails to me. So why would I need to drive 20km to go to the store and hear that again?? Makes no sense. Worryingly is the fact that if one buys anything from a Vodacom shop, you are not entitle to exchange or refund UNLESS whatever you bought is faulty. Yet, whenever you make such purchase, there is nothing about this in writing, nor is one told verbally about this. So what is one supposed to do? Shut up and move on? Seriously.

To make matters worse, the same Lumamnile also told me a few hours ago that I could go to the store and change the item ... which the store manager categorically disputes and told me, in writing, that he will not take the item back. Absolutely amazing lack of communication, and frustrating for a consumer as I have a device, unused, no scratch, all the plastics around, undamaged ... but that's not good enough for an unwritten Vodacom policy that consumers are not made aware of.

The matter HAS NOT been resolved in any way -- I did speak to Lumanile and that got me nowhere as he insisted on me going to the VOdacom shop who in turn told me they WOULD NOT help me. So how is this addressed in any way?!!
