Vodacom never ceases to dissapoint

And Vodacom does it again. This time they did not deceive but blatantly ****. A sales person contacted me last week to tell me how I can "save" R 210. I remember distinctly asking him at least 3 times - is there an admin fee? NO - you are just saving. Low and behold, when I had a look at my February statement they charged me an admin fee. And where is my so called R 210 saving? Instead you increased everything and make me pay for an old handset - which I've had for two years - for another 2 years?? How does this even make sense? As far as I know, you only pay for that handset for 24 months - after that you only pay for the line rental if you do not upgrade. I cannot tell you in words how furious I am - not only for being **** to but being cheated as well. I do believe that the National Consumer Commission should be made aware of this. The sales agent still had the audacity to ask me what I think of Vodacom's service? Well - I don't think I need to put that in words.

Dear VODACOM

It has now been more than 24 hours since my complaint and no consultant has made any effort to contact me. Very interesting. Within another 24 hours I will have to take this further. Sad - but true.
